Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnyWardrobe application and website operated by AnyCognition Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using AnyWardrobe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

AnyWardrobe provides AI-powered wardrobe organization tools. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of AnyWardrobe, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload to AnyWardrobe ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not sell or share Your Content with third parties for their own purposes.

4. AI-Generated Suggestions

AnyWardrobe uses artificial intelligence to provide outfit suggestions, organization tips, and other recommendations. These suggestions are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for every situation. You use AI-generated suggestions at your own discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application.
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

6. Service Availability

AnyWardrobe is currently in early access. We strive to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time as the product evolves.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyCognition Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AnyWardrobe. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.

8. Termination

You may stop using AnyWardrobe at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of AnyWardrobe after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
